• Qigong: Learning to Stretch and Exercise - Led by Susan Andrews on October 4
• Transitioning from Your Home to a Senior Living Community: Questions You Need to Ask - Led by Daniel Kaye on October 11
About the speakers:
Susan Andrews, PNP
Susan has had a long time career in nursing and alternative/integrative health care. Her interests led her to study Qigong, MBSR/ Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Reiki. She has found these practices to be beneficial to her own health and well-being.
Daniel Kaye, Director of Community Engagement at Rydal Park in Jenkintown
A longtime Abington resident, he is currently an Abington School Board Director, serves on a variety of community boards in the area, and is the writer/author of several children’s books.
Linda Schenker, LCSW
Linda worked in private practice for over 40 years providing couples, family and individual therapy. She recently offered a series of classes at the Upper Dublin Public Library.
