Abington Township Public Library, Jenkintown Library, Abington Township Human Relations Commission and Abington Commissioner John Spiegelman invite our community to a special, free screening of a new, award-winning documentary, The Librarians. 

Called “a different type of superhero movie,” the new feature documentary The Librarians, from Academy Award nominee and Peabody winner Kim A. Snyder, is a rallying cry for freedom to read. As book banning sweeps across the U.S. at an unprecedented rate, brave librarians emerge as first responders in the fight for democracy and our First Amendment Rights.
