Using markers, watercolor, salt, and crayon resist, create a vibrant colored mitten and a snowball that "lifts" up from the mitten.  Live guided instruction will be provided by local artist Anita Thompson.  Each registered participant is eligible to receive a free art supply kit.  You will be notified by email when the kit is ready for pickup at the library.
