LGBTQ+ kids & allies in Kindergarten through grade 5  are invited to the Rainbow Connections Halloween Party! 

Parents & caregivers are encouraged to attend this child-centered program. Meet new friends and talk about LGBTQ+ themed books and topics in a safe space.   

Kids are encouraged to dress up in costumes.  There will be music, games, and a pumpkin decorating contest!

Guidelines for pumpkin decorating contest:

Take a picture of the decorated pumpkin and email it to jolzak@mclinc.org by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, October 13.  We will put the pictures in a slideshow and kids will vote for their favorite pumpkin at the meetup.  You can also bring your pumpkin to the meetup.  If you decide to carve a pumpkin, it may be best to wait until a few days before the meetup to do the carving if you want to share the pumpkin at the event.
