Make a monster wreath out of tulle and other materials for this spooky season. 

Adults, teens, children ages 6 and up.

One wreath per household. These wreaths can be displayed indoors, inside a window,  or protected behind a storm door.

Registration starts October 2.  Only need to do one registration per household.
