Mindfulness Meditation on Zoom for Teens

Teens, join Jesse Frechette for an hour of Mindfulness Meditation instruction and practice.
This series will take place from 7:00-8:00 p.m. on Zoom over four Wednesdays: May 15, May 22, June 5, and June 12. Register once below for any/all sessions. You will be emailed the Zoom link ahead of the program.
Jesse is a mindfulness educator, mindfulness coach, facilitator, and mindfulness-based psychotherapist. He is also a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania.
Jesse teaches, coaches, and facilitates mindfulness through Center Mindful, as well as in schools & universities, organizations, and health fairs. He has worked with at-risk and diverse populations for over 25 years. Jesse's social work and psychotherapy experience includes hospitals, foster care, schools (both public and private including 18 years in the inner-city Philadelphia Catholic schools), and private practice settings.
