No prior experience needed and supplies will be provided. Skills covered: choosing your tools, holding the yarn, casting on, the knit and purl stitches, and binding off.
About the instructor: Jon taught himself to knit four years ago and has been knitting up a storm ever since! Though not a professional teacher, he is enthusiastic about sharing the joys of knitting with others.
If you are an experienced knitter and would like to volunteer at this event, let us know! Service hours will be awarded.
