 Anyone with a Gmail account has access to a variety of free Google tools! In this 6-session series, we’ll explore Drive, Slides, and Sheets. These tools help you store files, stay organized, create presentations, and handle other personal or work-related tasks. After an introductory lecture, each session will include hands-on practice using the tools in our physical classroom with Chromebooks, and you’ll also learn how these skills can transfer to other productivity software, such as Microsoft Office.

Prerequisites: You must have a Gmail address and be able to access it to take this series. This series is best suited for participants who are comfortable performing internet searches and filling out forms online. For help signing up for Gmail, either:

The six sessions in this series will cover:  

Week 1:  Wed., 8-17 Google Workspace (lecture) + Fri, 8-19 Google Drive (workshop)

Week 2:  Wed., 8-24 Google Slides (workshop) + Fri, 8-26 Google Slides (workshop)

Week 3:  Wed., 8-31 Google Sheets (workshop) + Fri, 9-2 Google Sheets (workshop)
