In this presentation and discussion on Constitution Day, Jules Mermelstein will explain why we have the Constitution, its major principles, some discussion of Supreme Court decisions and cases coming up, as well as the definitive answer to what the Constitution means.
About the presenter: Jules Mermelstein is a retired attorney, former Upper Dublin Township Commissioner, former US History and Government teacher, and a lecturer on the Constitution. He is currently a co-chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Government Relations Committee, and he writes reviews of books about law, mostly legal thrillers, for Sidebar, the Montgomery Bar Association’s quarterly journal. He has also written and published a legal thriller, Justice, Justice Shall You Pursue.
