Join us for an immersive sound bath meditation run by Rebecca Zarnawski. An hour of harmonic crystal bowl sound frequencies for mind, body, and soul healing as we blend in nature's soothing sounds with the singing crystal bowls.

The goal of crystal singing bowls is to work on a vibrational level to help remove disharmony and tension from your body, mind, and spirit while raising your energetic vibration and promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. 

Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing state.

The sound and visual theme for this event will be an underwater soundscape.

Rebecca Zarnawski is a Reiki Master, intuitive coach, and sound healer whose work is rooted in deep healing and self-empowerment. Through her practice, Just For Today Reiki with Rebecca, she creates a safe and nurturing space for individuals to reconnect with their highest potential and innate healing abilities.

Due to spacing issues, we can not accomodate yoga mats or blankets. Chairs will be provided to sit in for the program.
