Ouliana Wiedemann developed her love for 3-D paper art during her childhood in Siberia where the outdoors stayed monochrome with snow for over half a year, and her family found cheer in brightening their home with beautiful paper decorations. Ouliana preserved the love for seasonal decorating and continued developing and sharing her family traditions after moving to the United States over 25 years ago.  She works as a paralegal in her husband’s law practice.  Ouliana was born and grew up in Siberia where snow stays on the ground from October to May where she made snowflake decorations prior to the winter holidays each year; this became a strong and beloved tradition in her family. She has led classes over the past decade to various age groups.
